Luminor RFP: Recruitment services

Short description

Good day,
Luminor Bank AS is organizing a tender for recruitment services.

The aim of a tender is to select trusted partner for running full range of recruitment services for specialist and senior specialist roles in Retail, Finance and Compliance divisions (see enclosed the list& description of the roles) in order to attract (find and select) the best talent for Luminor according to EVP, defined role profile and selection criteria within agreed time frame.

Deadline for submitting proposals: 25.07.2019.
All communication is via Mercell platform. All asked questions via Mercell will be answered within 3-4 business days to all participants, not stating the name of the one who asked question.
