Short description
Objective:
The Norwegian Tax Administration wants to enter into a contract with a provider of security and guard services for our premises in Norway. The contract is divided into 3 lots; guard and reception services, ID cards/service cards inspections as well as physical security. The Contracting Authority allows the involvement of sub-providers, maximum 2 links, for the assignment.
Standard solution: The Norwegian Tax Administration has a current system for visitor registrations, alarm systems, access control systems and surveillance. The visitor registration system is OnVisit and the selected software supplier is Adaptive AS. The supplier of the remaining software standard is Lenel Onguard. The Administration has not yet rolled out the standard system for all locations. The selected provider must undertake the responsibility for the current system or by using sub-providers oblige to providing the required service (operation) for all premises.
