The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and National Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer”) request your tender for Quadrivalent Seasonal Influenza Vaccine (hereinafter "article") belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is 1 year (influenza season 2019-2020). The extend of the contract (option period) is 3 years (influenza seasons 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023). The customer can extend the contract 1 year at a time. Estimated quantity for each influenza season is 1 700 000 doses. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition.
