The object of the tender process is 3D X-ray microtomography scanner. The device will be added as an analysis device for our pilot paper/cardboard/thick cellulose foam -machine. The throughput of the device need to be around 10 samples per day (~1 hour per sample) where typical sample size is less than 50x50x50 mm. Maximum sample thickness will be 100 mm. The fiber thickness is usually in range of 20-30 µm, thus, spatial resolution of 5 µm or better is required.
