Finnish Broadcasting Company, "Yle", invites You to take part in a tender competition "Colour Grading Monitors". Yle will acquire high quality professional Colour Grading Monitors (hereinafter also "Monitors" and/or "Products") for Yle's Colour Grading Unit's needs. The Monitors will be located in Colour Grading Suites and they will be used for professional colour grading purposes. Yle's aims for this procurement, as well as content, scale and minimum requirements for the Monitors in question, are described in more detail in appendices of this document: Appendix 1 Object of Procurement Appendix 2 Purchase Agreement Appendix 3 Comparison Description Appendix 4 Draft Comparison Table Appendix 5 JYSE 2014 Supplies Appendix 6 Invoicing Instructions Appendix 7 Tech3220 v4.0 NB: The tenderer has to be prepared to deliver the offered Products for testing purposes to Yle's premises on 3rd of May 2019 at 09:00 (AM, Finnish local time) at the latest. Yle will test the Monitors as part of Comparison of tenders. Delivered Monitors may be collected by tenderers from Yle's premises approximately on 8th of May. The Monitors must be factory calibrated before the delivery to Yle. On the basis of this competitive tendering Yle will select one tenderer to supply the Monitors needed. An agreement will be made between Yle and the selected tenderer. The agreement term will be 12 months. Yle estimates that it will need approximately 3-6 Monitors (Yle´s non-binding estimate at the moment when the Call for tender is made).
