The procurement concerns to the rewinding or the replacement of the generator stator of the Keljonlahti power plant, owned and operated by Jyväskylän Voima Oy, Jyväskylä, Finland. Alternative 1, Rewinding of the generator stator: The rewinding is to be done on site. The scope of the supply of the contractor contains all necessary works, materials and services like producing the new winding bars, disassembly of the generator unit for rewinding, removal of the existing stator windings, conditioning of the slots and the core for rewinding, winding of the stator, general overhaul of generator complete including rotor and brushless exciter, assembly of the generator unit to operational condition, with all necessary design and side works, all in the letter and spirit of full turn-key type service. The winding bars shall be produced and delivered to the site in advance to the rewinding. The rewinding is to be carried during the scheduled summer revision period of year 2022 subsequent to the delivery of the winding bars. Alternative 2, Replacing existing wound stator core: The replacement is to be done on site. Replacing existing wound stator core with technically identical complete core. The scope of the supply of the contractor contains all necessary design works, manufacturing, materials, supervision of the works, transportation to the site, works at power plant on replacement of wound stator, including heavy lifts and haulings, supervisions, mechanical and electrical tests, general overhaul of generator complete including rotor and brushless exciter, assembly of the generator unit to operational condition, with all necessary design and side works, all in the letter and spirit of full turn-key type service. The complete wound stator core shall be produced and delivered to the site in advance to the replacing. The replacement is to be carried during the scheduled summer outage period of year 2023. Supplier can make tender for Alternative 1 or for Alternative 2 or for Alternatives 1 and 2. Purchaser has right to choose technically and economically the most advantageous tender including scoring from Alternatives 1 and 2. After negotiations Purchaser will make final decision between Alternative 1 and 2. In the final Invitation to Tender there will be only one alternative.
