The Contracting Authority wishes, on behalf of the Norwegian Tax Administration, c/o the Tax Administration's IT and Service Partner (henceforth also referred to as SITS), to sign a framework agreement with a law firm for legal advisory services in connection with procurements of goods, services and properties (administrating and hiring), as well as assistance regarding labour legislation questions.
